Robert A. Cagann
Chairman and CEO, he is recognized in the real estate community as an innovative leader in the repositioning of apartment properties. Mr. Cagann authored a text book entitled “Rehabilitating Apartments, A Recycling Processs” that became the leading industry text on this topic. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois, with an emphasis on real estate and urban economics. He also holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM).

Joel Levin
Vice Chairman/ Principal, he has over thirty years experience in mortgage banking, property management, acquisitions and development. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Arizona and is both a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), and Accredited Mortgage Professional (CMP).

Roger M. Cagann
President and COO with over 22 years of real estate management and investment experience. He has led all operations since 1999. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois, was elected and served as Village President of Genoa City, WI, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Property Manager (CPM).

Michael J. Silk
Vice President- Director of Operations, he has over 10 years of property management experience and has been in charge of property operations since 2007. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University.

Gary Pearson
Vice President, he has over 25 years of property management experience. Gary is responsible for all construction and renovation projects. He has led the renovation of eleven Axiom projects with a rehab budget in excess of $25 million. He holds a degree in Business Management.
