Axiom Properties received the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Complaint Free Award for 2009

Park Village Madison, WI

January 15th Grand Opening of the Park Village Clubhouse.  The Clubhouse features New WiFi Lounge, Business Center and Expanded Fitness Center.  The New Clubhouse replaces the 2,600 SF Indoor Pool.  Over 1,000 SF is dedicated to the fitness center with state of the art equipment.  Students at Park Village will be able to comple and print thier term papers in the Business Center featuring Dell computers and Highspeed internet access . Finally the WiFi Lounge will allow our residents to sit by the fire and surf the internet.   The entire project was complete within the budget of $275,000 and on time. 

Park Village Apartments in Madison, Wisconsin breaks ground on a new clubhouse project

The obsolite indoor pool building at Park Village is under renovation to become a state of the art clubhouse.  The improvements include Business Center, WiFi Lounge with Fireplace, Fitness Center over looking outdoor pool and expanded office space.  Completion is expected before the end of 2009.

Lincolnshire West 100% Occupied for the 12th consecutive year.

Lincolnshire West in DeKalb, Illinois home of Northern Illinois University (NIU) reached 100% occupancy for the 12th consecutive year.  Lincolnshire also enjoys consistently being voted best place to live by NIU students.  These two factors allow Axiom to push rents and make Lincolnshire West one of Axiom's top performers.

For the second year in a row Middleton, WI home to Springtree Apartments, is in the Top Five cities in the US to live in.

Town and Country completes a 30 K plus project to move the properties main entrance from the less traveled Kerr Avenue to Cunningham Avenue.  Since the completion last year of the 44 new units at the corner of Oakland and Cunningham the preferred traffic flow.  Last fall the driveway to the office was extended to connect to Oakland Avenue.  This Spring new landscaping including Flag Poles, Irrigation, Dry River bed, Trees, Shrubs and Perennials were added to improve the curb appeal of the new route to the site office.   (Photos are available on the Town and Country and Town and Country II websites.)

The letter grade for Axiom Properties is "A+". This new letter grade will be available for the public June 1st to view on your BBB Reliability Report at the BBB Web site (www.bbb.org/chicago).

28 west receieves certificates of occupancy for 2841 Highland building comprising of 54 new apartment homes.

The first of three buildings which comprise the 28 West Apartment Community is ready for marketing.

Axiom aranges formation of Highland Apartments, LLC to purchase Highland Apartments, 134 units in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  The Apartments are located four blocks from the Marquette University campus and 5 blocks from the Miller Brewery.

Town and Country, Urbana Illinois completes 44 additional units.  43 of the 44 units are pre-leased with move-ins by September 1, 2008.

Park Village Refinances with Deutshe Bank Berkshire Mortgage, Inc.  Madison Properties II LP owner of Park Village Apartments closed on refinance of the on mortgage on April 30.  Reserves for capital improvements projects include  new roofs and siding for the entire property, new windows, building entry doors, new business center, internet cafe and fitness center are also planned.

Birches refinance provided by Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage Inc.  First Mortgage refinance includes reserves for renovations for the property.  The renovation plans include all new windows, parking lot overlay and over 100 kitchen upgrades.  All renovations anticipated to be completed in 36 months. 

Axiom acquires Chateau Knoll a 396 unit rental community in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Axiom acquires Kollinger Portfolio of 1,157 units in Milwaukee and Madison Wisconsin.

Axiom is awarded contract to manage Harbor Pointe Apartments in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Harbor Pointe is a 618 unit apartment community.

Axiom begins management of the Kollinger Portfolio. This portfolio consist of four properties in Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin containing a total of 1,157 units.
