Since the early 1980’s, Axiom Properties, Inc. and its founder Robert A. Cagann, CPM have been actively engaged in the acquisition, rehabilitation, repositioning and management of “B” and “C” quality residential multi-family properties. Axiom Properties, Inc. has continuously paid superior cash distributions to the investors in a diversified portfolio of properties.

Axiom is uniquely positioned to present investors with the opportunity to participate in benefits from income growth and value creation at a reasonable level of risk.This objective will be achieved through the combination of financially attractive acquisitions; prudent physical property improvements; proven management strategies that elevate each property’s market position compared to its competition; and currently improving economic conditions in apartment markets.

Axiom Properties, Inc. and its principals, Robert A. Cagann, CPM, Joel Levin, and Roger M. Cagann, are uniquely qualified and positioned by their experience, identity in the marketplace, financial credibility and track record of proven successes. In 1994, Robert A. Cagann, CPM authored the book, REHABILITATING APARTMENTS, A RECYCLING PROCESS, published by the Institute of Real Estate Management that became the leading industry text on this topic.

As a company, Axiom has been built on this underlying principle. The property performance that they have achieved over the years is evidence of both the validity of this principle and Axiom’s ability to execute to this standard.

Senior Management

Robert A. Cagann

Chairman and CEO is recognized in the real estate community as an innovative leader in the repositioning of apartment properties. He authored a text book entitled “Rehabilitating Apartments, A Recycling Process” published through the Institute of Real Estate Management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Illinois with emphasis on real estate and urban economics. He also holds the designation Certified Property Manager, (CPM).

Joel Levin

Vice Chairman has thirty years experience in mortgage banking, property management, acquisitions and development.  He holds a degree in finance from the University of Arizona and both CMB (certified mortgage banker) and AMP (accredited mortgage professional) designations.

Roger M. Cagann

President and COO has led all operations since 1999.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Illinois in Economics. He was elected and served as Village President of Genoa City, WI.

 

 

 

Executive Management

Michael J. Silk Vice President Management has been with the company since 1998. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Illinois University in Economics.

Gary Pearson Vice President has 25 years experience in property management. He is responsible for renovation and special projects on the properties. Mr. Pearson holds a degree in business management.

Eric A. Anderson Regional Manager has been with the company since 1997. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Illinois in Economics.

Michael J. Bleker Regional Manager has been with the company since 1995. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Illinois University in Economics.

Tammy Connery

Regional Manager returned to Axiom in January of 2008.  She holds a degree from University of Wisconsin, Whitewater in Business Management.

Resident Retention Begins at Move-in: Management and operational personnel are trained to make sure they know residents personally and that residents want to stay in the community. 

Axiom Properties, Inc. is a full service multifamily property management company with offices located in Bannockburn, Illinois.  The company was formed to manage properties for its principals.

Axiom also provides construction management services for renovations on the properties it manages.  Axiom will develop a management and development plan to maximize the asset value and provide the highest return possible to the investor.  Axiom will process construction draw requests, perform site inspections and verify that the renovations are completed to Axiom Standards.
